Can I change or update my online order?

As we are committed to getting your order out to you as soon as possible, once you have clicked the ‘Process Order’ button your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. Unfortunately it's not possible at this stage for you to change, or cancel your order. 

Once you receive your order, you can follow our returns instructions in the Refunds & Exchanges section of our website if you want to return or exchange an item.


You can change your order while you are still browsing and shopping. You will need to go to ‘My Bag’. Here you can delete a product by clicking on the ‘Remove’ link next to the ‘Qty’ field, or change the quantity by simply adding in the new quantity and clicking ‘update’.

Once you have gone through the check out and clicked 'Processed Order', unfortunately it's not possible to change your order afterwards.
