How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?

Just make sure your return meets our Returns Policy and follow the steps below.

ONLINE AFTERPAY RETURNS

Returns and refunds for purchases made online with Afterpay can be made via post. We’re unable to exchange a purchase that is sent back via post.

     1. Head to http://supre.com.au/afterpay-returns and submit a request. 
     2. Select the Returns and Exchanges drop down and complete with your details. 
     3. We’ll contact you by email with everything you need to return your order for a refund.

INSTORE AFTERPAY RETURNS

Online and Instore Afterpay purchases can be exchanged or refunded in all Supré Australian stores for item(s) of equal value.

     1. Drop in to a Supré store 
     2. Bring along: 
         a. the tax invoice we emailed you for an online purchase, or 
         b. your receipt if purchased in store. We are unable to refund or exchange without a receipt. 
     3. Our team will then confirm the Returns Policy has been met and help out with an exchange or refund.

 

WHICH STORES CAN I VISIT FOR AN AFTERPAY REFUND OR TO PURCHASE USING AFTERPAY?
